kelayakan jawatan

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resource Management / Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other related fields


• Must have previously had 5 years experience in managing full spectrum of the areas in HR; experience in setting up HR systems is an advantage;


• Knowledge in Employment Act/Labor Laws of Malaysia


• Good network with Human Resource Management organizations


• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills


• Good Planning and Organizing skills


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
